Series of Calcined Alumina, Tabular Alumina, Alumina Hydrate by calcination, processing, research&development,customizing according to customers’ requirements. Plant and R&D center setted in Zibo city, Shangdong province.
R&D center equipped with the inspection instrument as Malvern PSDA, Nabertherm high temperature electric furnace, Brookfeild viscosimeter, SSA meter, Experimental ball mill, Microscope, Vibration table, Acid meter, Whiteness meter, Drying oven with totally 20 analytical instruments to achieve the quality control.
Calcination&milling plant equipped with rotary kiln, air jet mill, continuous ball mills and batch ball mills with production capacity as 50,000mts annually(30,000mts for calcined alumina&10,000mts for tabular alumina&10,000mts for alumina hydrate).
We gathered rich experience in processing and quality controlling about the alumina materials for refractories, ceramics, polishing, etc. and will keep to make efforts to get excellent performance&stable quality. Selling and QC for high alumina ceramics products (Alumina ball, Alumina lining brick) is also one of items for us.
